nothing to see here

The past week has been dull and exciting at the same time.

How can that be? You ask.

I picked up my new car on Tuesday. It's great, it's shiny and it's Toyotalicious. I can even put Gumby in there.

It's been a dull week because I've spent 40-odd hours of it back at the big evil corporation. Except this time, I'm out of the office and back onto the selling floor. It's been a blessing because the customers have been good, but it's been a curse because my feet have been crippled by the hard, lino floor and the bitching and whining of co-workers.

We kicked arse at the quiz night again, so we have lots of vouchers to spend on food and booze. It's not our fault that we're so smart.

My niece has spent the weekend here and the Eagles won again. Life is pretty good. Just not terribly exciting.

Oh yeah, if the layout of this blog looks spectactularly crap, it's because I'm giving blogger beta another chance, I've just got to get a pic that I wanted as a header from my old craptop.
