Just so you know, sinus headaches aren't much fun. Especially when they're a carry-over champion from the night before. Add to that having a sinus headache at the big, evil corporation, where humidity, blaring tvs and obnoxious customers and staff are all competing for attention and you've got yourself a doozie of a time. But wait, there's more. I couldn't find a first aid person to sign me out of my shift. I had to find one of the security guys who was going covert to stop spying on dodgy customers and fill in a form and let me off work. Ridiculous.
Mental note, don't fall terribly, horribly ill at the big evil corporation ever again. No-one will save you. No-one will know who's around to save you. Time to find another slightly less evil corporation.
Yesterday at the big evil corporation, they decided that I'd have the persuasive power to tell other staff to sign people up to our highly over priced store card. I laughed. Hard. And in their faces. It was too early in the morning for me to get in a huff about it and complain wildly.
Must stop talking about big evil corporation. It's really not cool.
