So that was Christmas, today is Boxing Day. The holiday that supposedly has more to do with putting stuff in boxes than it does with a stupid sport where people belt each other up.
Yesterday was fun-filled and action packed. No. I lie. Here's how it went:
*Woke up at 6am, to open presents. I wish this could have been later. I got a bajillion DVDs from Caveman and Avril, some material and a necklace from Mum and Dad and I got a beautiful ring from Adam.
*Church was a bit later down the track. So far as Christmas services go, it was ok. I wish I could say that I really got into it. But I didn't.
*Rellie bash number two, this time with Mum's side of the family. It was a bit quieter than the night before but the food was better. It was fairly stock standard.
*Went home. Called Adam. Watched some of That 70's Show marathon. Fell asleep in front of aforementioned That 70's Show marathon. Adam came over.
*Went to Adam's parents' place to get eskies for today's beerfest.
*Went to Adam's new place. Got Christmas Day depressed ("It's all over, what do we do now?"). Found that Channel Ten did one good thing with its programming and kept Brainiac in its usual timeslot. It always cracks me up. Then we watched Adam's Chrissie pressie from Mum and Dad - a copy of Happy Gilmore. Watched some random funny stuff on SBS.
*Then I slept.
Fairly excited about Beerfest today, I just need to find a supermarket that's open on Boxing Day. Farmer Jack's or Dewson's it is!
