no, really. what's my problem?

Last night I had an attack of the stabby, stabby stomach pains.

They came, they went, they made me get really, really annoyed.

Now the hypotheses have gone from gall stones to ulcers and fun stuff like that.

I just reckon it's Wednesdayitis - the stabby stabby stomach pains have only happened on Wednesdays.
