Considering it's now 12.17am on the 6th of Feb, I guess it's not my beautiful's birthday anymore.
It's been such a packed 48 hours that I haven't been able to blog this.
He's no longer a teenager *sniff*, he's growing up so fast!
I can't tell you what it is that attracts me to this guy, nor can he tell you what attracts him to me. I think it's better that way - we're not clambering to certain traits as though those traits are the only things that bind us together. In fact, I'm certain it's not a trait thing. If you looked at both of us a year ago - Jess being the nerdy midget and Adam being the jock ranga guy - you would not have pictured us together now. But we are. We can't explain why. We were just put in two of the same places at the same time through no fault of our own. Yet we work and we understand each other. We're not perfect but we always want to be the best we possibly can be for each other.
Actually no, I'm not going to continue this hyperanalysis of our functional relationship. It all boils down to three facts.
1) I love him
2) He loves me
3) We love each other.
Happy birthday, honey. It's going to be an exciting year.
