pardon my boredom

I haven't posted much in the past day, so here's what happened:

* I had a French test yesterday. I didn't even know what sort of test it was going to be. Turned out to be a dictation test which I kicked arse at and a translating test which I will probably do dismally at yet somehow manage to pass. No one in the class knew what the French word for 'pretended' was. Damn.
* I went on an epic hunt for a copy of Trivial Pursuit. I found a copy ultra cheap at Kmart. So we played it last night. I won. Send all praise, hate mail, etc. to me.
* I woke up in a foul mood this morning because people were walking into my room, telling me stuff I didn't need to know and throwing raspberries at me while I was sleeping. Some people need to find a job and not as professional raspberry throwers. Sooner rather than later.
* I went to Adam's in a foul mood. He tried to cheer me up to no avail until we went to Freo. I introduced him to the comfort food that is Culley's (a cafe that's been around since 1925, serves good food for a good price really fast. Nothing's changed there in a very long time.
*After Culley's we went to a hairdressers that we saw walking into Freo that advertised women's haircuts from $11 and men's cuts from $8.80. I had my hair re-styled by an Italian guy from Bologna who lived in London and New Zealand before he rocked up in Australia. This deserves another post in itself.
