For my presenting course, we were given an assignment of preparing a 7 minute thingywhatsit on a band from the 50's/60's/70's. The Beast decided to be a wise guy and make me research the Eagles as a result of my undying allegiance to the West Coast Eagles. He's a very funny man.
The problem is that I know nothing about the Eagles. They're not exactly my cup of tea. They're no Bee Gees or Stevie Wonder. They don't captivate me, they have no fascinating story of heartbreak or tension. They just recorded some reasonably alright music and they're now going on another farewell tour with ex band members sueing the crap outta them. It's gonna be a loooooong seven minutes.
